the room is 250 a month plus bills
the house has wireless internet and combi boiler which means constant hot water. It's very quiet and the neighbours are great. It's safe, secure and very homely and you would be sharing with just me. There's a outside space at the back with a bench an some pots, an parking for cars at the front.
It's very close to many bus routes going into the city centre There's also good local shops close by.
