double room in 3 bed house (3rd bed not used) large garden and patio (sun trap),close/ walking distance to town (Ferndale area),secure off road parking (behind locked 6ft gate),wireless Internet inc, cable tv in living room, aerial point in bedroom works with free-view box, big kitchen and bath room with separate shower cubical. Share with house owner..me:). I work full time normal hours and go to the gym during the week and like to go out on the weekend to pubs,clubs etc and have bbqs during the summer.I have just moved to swindon resonantly (after split from girlfriend )looking for a lodger who is like minded and has a good sense of humor (you will need it living with me....only joking!)PS i do smoke but thinking of giving up and I hate the smell of stale smoke this reflects in house, pets poss. My current lodger is getting a house with her boyfriend hence a spare room, the room is furnished apart from a bed, bring your own ( some people prefere use/bring there own) or I will get one for you. thanks, no deposit for the right person just rent a month paid in advance, professionals only pls,
