Two single rooms available for rent in a fully furnished four bedroom house in the Mount Pleasant area of Swansea. Two minutes walk from the local shop, bakery, take-away, and Swansea Institute. Ten minutes walk from the city centre.
The house is recently refurbished with a new living room, kitchen, bathroom, central heating system and mostly new furniture. TV, Freeview box, DVD player (all in living room), breakfast bar, fridge freezer, washer dryer, dish washer and power shower are included.
The larger room is £295 and the smaller one is £285 per month and includes water, electricity, gas, council tax, TV licence, 8MB wireless broadband and phone line rental. Parking permits are also available for on street parking. One room is available from the end of November, the second room is available from January.
I work in a local engineering firm 9 to 5 each day, and my other house mate (a girl) is part-time studying and working. We are both in our mid-to-late twenties and very friendly and sociable. I also have a very friendly cat who lives here, and there may be a second cat living here within the next couple of months.
