I am a working parent with two small boys (2&5in october) I have a large single room available on the ground floor of my house. My husband works away from home and is here at best on weekends. The children are in school and nursery full time during the day, and are in bed for 7/7:30pm. They are well behaved and very affectionate but are prone to being excitable around new people. I enjoy relaxing in the evening, bottle of wine, CSI etc.. I have a law degree but am currently working for myself between ebay and setting up a letting/estate agency which is internet based.
The room will be furnished with new and modern furniture, if required although it can be let empty by request and the rate includes all utility bills (not telephone) Meals can be provided and special diets catered for but this will be an added extra. The house itself is just two streets down from the center of morriston and therefore is really handy for popping to the shops without getting in the car, and the enterprise park (enterance by asda) is less than 2 mins away by car. Buses run from morriston to town centre and both uni and townhill college can be accessed easily.
The neighbours are lovely and have known my husbands family for 40 years! A close community!
