Hi,
I have a spare room in a house with 3 boys (aged 23 - 28) and myself (girl, 30). The room is big, and has lots of storage space. I have wireless internet, and a PC which you can use if you don't have your own laptop. We have skysports. The garden is large for Swansea, and there's a first floor balcony - great for BBQs.
Basic food (you could eat 2 meals a day, I don't cook it!) and toiletries are included in the price, which is why it may seem a little more expensive than most, but its worth it! you don't have to worry too much about budgeting for food etc.
some of us smoke, but this is limited to individual bedrooms and the balcony.
