hi there!! unfortunately our housemate and good friend is leaving us to move in with her bf as of may 1st. the flat is 3 bed and finished to a high standard. fully renovated 8mnths ago. fitted kitchen, separate bathroom and toilets room, internet ready in room (£5p/m) and kept clean. two mature proffesional working guys. me an electrician and andrew a lecturer in uni. room is a double and average size for victorian house. fully insulated throughout and cheap heating bills. unsure if fully furnished. plz ask landlord. well worth viewing. we're easy going, sensible in the week but enjoy the weekends. andrew keeps himself to himself but i do DJ and love my music. its never stupidly loud and am respectful of others with it. :) ideally looking for female but a guy if fine. 20 - 35yr old who, the same as us is working, responsible and house proud, easy going but enjoys the weekends. everything else is a bonus!! check the pics out and come introduce yourself. steve. price is £305 a month ALL IN...
