5 minutes walk to Swansea Institute and 10 minutes walk to town centre. Very easy assess to local amenities, newsagents, take away, pub, post office, bus and train station. Our house is very clean. The room that’s available is the largest room of all which has advantage of see view overlooking Swansea Bay. Each room has got wireless internet ready (20mb internet connection). All rooms are fully furnished. Gas central heating, double glazing windows are in all rooms. Shared bathroom and kitchen.
Its £55 per week(20mb broadband is included). Deposit will be one month rent in advance. Non-smoker is preferable. I’m a very nice and friendly Chinese landlady who speaks both Chinese and English. House is ideal for SIHE students and professional s work locally.
