I have a room to rent in a well presented three bed house in mount pleasant. The house has been recently modernised and is full of character (see photos).

The house comprises of: lounge with large corner sofa, separate dining room (table seats 8) and spacious kitchen. Upstairs are 3 double bedrooms + attic room.

Currently living in the house are two professionals (Kath and Vanessa), both in their late 20's. Both are easy going (though house proud!), quiet in the week and often out at the weekends. Kath works as a teacher and Vanessa works in insurance. Both are super friendly and enjoy travelling and the outdoors.

Kath will be moving out in July as she has a job in Dubai so there will be another room available then.

The rent includes all bills and broadband.
