Hi there, I'm a friendly 26 year old special needs teacher lookin for one other person to fill my lovely house in the Chester / Hylton Road area of Sunderland (the house is about 2 min walk away from Royal Hospital). I am moving out due to my job being in Newcastle. Moving dates are flexible so can work around you. Rent is 250 a month, but you will share the cost of gas, elec, council tax, TV licence, water rates and internet with the 3 other housemates. Sounds alot but split between 4 it ain't bad! There will be 3 other people living there (2 girls and another guy)- really nice, clean and outgoing people, appreciate the quiet times when they are working but love a good party and to let their hair down! Am looking for a similar kind of person who will respect the amount of work gone into renovating the house into a clean and modern living space. The bedroom has a double bed and other bits and pieces for storage, but there's plenty of space around the house for other storage if you need it. If you're interested let's meet up and have a chat!
