Hi, I am Eduardo, 51, professional, non smoker, sociable, tidy, straight. I am from Brazil, moving to Sheffield this October to work on my post-doctoral project in the Sheffield University for 12 months (1 Oct 2008 - 30 Sept 2009).
I am looking for an en-suite room, or a nice and confortable room, fully furnished, and with facilities around (metro or bus, or even a short distance walking to the University, supermarket, etc), internet access, etc. Renting affordable in the range of 200-350 British Pounds/month or 80 BP/week, with bills included (e.g., council tax, heating, electricity, etc).
