2 fantastic double rooms are looking for new people to care for them!
About the rooms:
Double en-suite
This was my when I lived in the house full time. It's a very large room with double double wardrobes - masses of storage for shoes, football boots or whatever else you have a soft spot for! The room is also furnished with a king sized bed and bedside table. The en-suite is a decent size with sink, toilet and shower. This room is £350 plus bills (bills are shared equally between the people in the house - about £70 per month)
Double room
This is also a great size and looks over the garden and fields at the back of the house. This is currently unfurnished (the current person had his own things), but I have no problem furnishing this also. This room is £300 plus bills as above.
About the house:
What can I say - it's fantastic! Ok, so I could be bias!
It's about 2 years old, with all modern appliances and furnishings. The kitchen fills the back of the house, with double doors out onto the garden - it has a great 4 seater dining table, loads of workspace.
The lounge is on the first floor, has a huge corner sofa and chair - amazing for relaxing on. And of course a TV and DVD player
The main house bathroom has a large bath and separate shower.
The bedrooms run across 3 floors of the house giving you great privacy when you need it.
2 minutes from Barnsley centre where there are a selection of shops. 2 Supermarkets within 5 minutes of the house. You'll also only be minutes from the M1 meaning you can be in Sheffield within 15 minutes and Leeds in 20 minutes.
About the people in the house:
Well, there's Gareth. He's training to be an OT. Very witty guy, easy to be around and loves cleaning!
Then there's me, I live and work in London but come to stay occasionally. I'm pretty much the same as Gareth, very chilled, like to keep things clean and tidy. Enjoy a glass or two of wine and a good laugh.
Who we're looking for:
Just someone easy going, that likes having a laugh and that doesn't think badly of cleaning up after themselves and sharing the housework.
