Beautifully furninshed double room practically with private shower/bath in a family sized, relaxed 2 bed semi-detached home. The house has a secure double drive, with large landscaped front and back gardens. 10 mins to Preston city centre and 1 minute to M6 motorway. All modern fixtures and fittings (inc plates, cutlery etc) recently decorated to a very high standard. Huge living room leads to open plan kitchen diner with breakfats bar. Rent is £250 per month plus £50 bills, not including council tax.
Am looking for an easy going housemate who doesn't smoke and is willing to share cleaning duties with Samantha who is currently renting the other room. This room has en-suite so you would practically have your own bathroom.
Samantha is currently occupying the main bedroom and she would be your housemate (I am going to Australia for at least a year) and she is dead friendly,tidy and easy going. She is very chilled out, goes to the gym and goes out at weekends. Very clean and tidy so future housemates must be same. She has a cat who is v cute.
The double room available is recently decorated and furnished to a high standard and includes double bed, 2 double wardrobes, drawer storage.The house is superbly modern with front and rear gardens and a double drive and close to the city, university, station and just off motorway junction M6 J31.
There is a modern kitchen with all the usual facilities including fridge/freezer/microwave/washer dryer and breakfast bar. The living/dining room area is open plan with the kitchen/diner and has digital TV and DVD.
Viewings are currently being accpted but the room is not available until the 1st November. £300 includes some bills, but not council tax. I will accept a council tax exempt tennant (ie student).
