Hi, i have a flat in the middle of Portsmouth with a south facing garden (in the picture) nice for a BBQ, and a local pub 300 yards away.
the room has a queen size bed.
the shop is 30 ish yards from the front door.
All bills included except electric where the first £60/month is included this has always been enough. however anything above is divided equally between the flatmates.
internet installed.
Close (7-8min walk) to Uni, city centre & train station.
Your partner/friends can stay over when they like so long as they get on with the other flatmates.
We are mix of nationality's 1 English man, 1 Polish girl, 1 German girl and 1 Spanish girl at the moment.
