ok a bit about me , I'm an 21 year old mature student studying at plymouth university. im studying physiotherapy which is a pretty intense course so although i like my fair share of partying the flat is a pretty chilled out one with no late parties going on into the night. I'm looking for a working professonial so i don't get too distracted from my work although wouldnt rule out a chilled out student. I'm a very active person I play a lot of sport, out wakeboarding most weekends in the summer and train 3 times a week so im not around all that much. I go out at weekends. All round a pretty outgoing person and just looking for someone who is pretty independent and clean.
a bit about the flat.
Its a 2 bed room apartment with panoramic windows south facing. Theres two bathrooms, bath, shower etc. Theres broadband internet access, sky and free phone calls to top 5 countries! (last flatmate was Australian so we got a deal. family abroad?)
The flat is well furnished dining table, two sofas. Photos show without furniture as only ones i have from when i first moved in.

you couldn't get a better location. 2mins from drake circus, bus station and Barbican, 5mins from uni, 10mins to the hoe.
