I am a young professional with a a spare double room to rent in my house. I am a pretty relaxed and flexible person with a good sense of humour and I get along with almost everybody. I spend a lot of weekends away and some week nights, so the house will be all yours at times.
It's a pretty nice house with plenty of room for 2 people to share. There is additional storage space around the house too, including a shed in the garden. The spare room is a well decorated, good size double with bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.
Rent would be all inclusive which means wireless broadband and sky tv too as well as all the usual bills.
I am looking for someone who will treat the house with respect but equally will feel like it is their home. You must be honest and trustworthy, and a good sense of humour would be good. A fellow professional would be good, but not essential.
