Someone who chips in with house work,
need to be quiet during week as neighbours have young kids who need sleep for school.
I dont want the house turning into a Lad's pad so women only thanks or very clean and tidy guys.
Im an outdoors kinda guy so if we get on ur welcome to come Camping , Mountain boarding etc
theres 2 bedrooms one is still being renovated, downstairs is open plan, bathroom is yet to be tiled but is new and in full working order.
Each room has internet connection and plenty of sockets.
the rent is 55 a week until the bathroom is completed then will 65 for the double room and 55 for the single.
Rent includes the internet, Gas, Electric but not telly as i dont use one because im rarely home.
theres great Bus routes and Local shops
im 26male, work 2day shifts so i am not around a lot,
