I have a large newly decorated bedroom in a well presented semi detached house in the Hartley area of Plymouth. It is in a quite residential area 3Km from the city centre and is on the major bus routes into town. The room over looks the garden to the rear of the property and there is ample parking on the drive if required.

The house has all modern amenities and I| was looking for £300pcm/£70pw rent which would be inclusive of gas, electricity and water.

I'm easy going and very sociable and one for getting out and about. I get along with all age groups. I work full time and keep myself very busy, but tend to chill out a lot at weekends.
