The house is located in a quiet street close to the City center and station. I'm looking for professional people to share this gorgeous house. The house has been fully refurbished, almost everything is new, all rooms have double beds and the bathrooms are large with showers and baths. There are two bedrooms to each bathroom. One room has an on-suite. The house has all mod cons including GSH, DG, phone, broadband, dishwasher, washing machine and mcrowave. the bills are, Council tax at £25/month phone/broadband at £8 and electricity and gas which are shared between five so they shouldn't be very much. In addition to the five double bedrooms there is a very large kitchen, large lounge and a dining room. There's plenty of parking space available on the street and it's not a parking permit area.
Rent is payable by standing order on the first of every month.
