Will start postgraduate studies in October at Oxford/Trinity. So initially I'm looking for a place close to the university/college area. I'm 29, so not your regular student age.
Non-smoker, not much of a drinker either.
Love animals of all kinds (would love to bring my spayed cat along if that works) and would love to live in a house/flat with pets.
Usually quiet, easygoing, friendly, tidy. I like hanging out with friends, movies and reading.
Would prefer few house/flatmates, but depends on the house. Would prefer a female housemate, but as long as I'm not the only girl in the house, larger company is okay too. I just thought I'd feel awkward otherwise.
note: I listed this ad as 6 months, but if things work out nicely I'd be willing to renew my lease. Am supposed to be in Oxford for 2 years.
