The house is a three bedroom detached end terrace with large enclosed garden at rear and excellent parking facilities. It is located in the Cowley area. It is beautifully furnished and very highly maintained. The single bedroom has got a Walk in wardrobe, a single bed, 1 maple bedside cabinet,2 large maple drawers, study table and office swivel chair and plus all new carpets. Plus it has internet connection to.
There are shops and a large retail Tesco store just a couple of minutes walk plus a bus stop just around the corner, which can take you into the city centre, JR Hospital and Brooks University every 5 minutes. The house is also only 5 minutes walk from BMW and the Oxford Business Park. It is beautifully furnished and very highly maintained.
The house has all newly been fitted with all new mod cons from kitchen to bathroom. The kitchen has a separate new fridge and freezer, toaster, electric kettle and microwave for tenant and a breakfast bar. The bathroom has an oval bath and a power shower.
