Large double bedroom in 4 bed house.
Lovely modern luxury townhouse in Jericho, 15 mins walk from town centre and Summertown, 1 min walk from a large park, Oxford Canal and Port Meadow. Pretty much the perfect location.
Quiet no-through-road, small garden, off-street parking space and unrestricted on-street parking, really rare for Jericho.
The room comes with several broadband points (no need for wifi), very good built-in cupboard space, including linen cupboard, with access to a modern bathroom with bath and separate, extremely strong power shower.
The price may seem steep, but remember- this is not just for the rent.
This is all you will pay. It includes all utilities, council tax, fast broadband internet and even a cleaner who comes once a week to do the communal areas. Not to mention the priceless, enthralling conversation. Just think- no arguments over bills or deep cleaning! And I try to keep a 50:50 gender balance too, all in the interest of having happy tenants who stay longer because they like each other. (N.B. I will sometimes go 3:1 female:male, as this usually seems to work)
I'm actually a nice person, which seems to be quite rare for landlords so it's worth noting that if you don't trash your room, you will actually get your deposit back, which is also rare.
I run three neighbouring houses, each filled with friendly young professionals, so there is a nice but unobtrusive community around, should you be new to the area.
We're looking for a non-smoker, or someone who will (not just says they will) smoke outside. No pets, kids, friends or partners to covertly move in as soon as the deal is done.

We have a cleaner, not a slave, so someone who pulls their own weight is essential, but other than that, someone pleasant and easy to get along with, who would like to live in a modern house in the nicest part of Jericho, and really be able to call it home.
