Our housemate of 3 years is sadly moving out so this lovely sunny single room which looks out onto the garden is now up for grabs. The room will have a new bed and mattress and has a wardrobe and tv stand/unit.
The house has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, living room, separate dining room and kitchen and all finished to a high standard. It's near the Marsh Harrier pub off Cowley Road and 5 minutes' walk to buses into town (#1, #5, #10) and to Headington (#10 and U5). Very near ring road, Oxfam, Blackwells etc.. and free on-street parking (no permit required).
The area is very quiet and we have lovely neighbours. The garden has rear access to lock up bikes and there's a deck, perfect for BBQs and entertaining.
You'll be sharing with 2 professional girls (late 20s/early 30s) and we're ideally looking for another professional (male or female). The room will be available from 14th July.
Rent is £320 per month plus bills (currently fixed at £85 / month) including council tax and wireless broadband.
