We are 3 friendly working folk in our late 20's (2 male, 1 female) who are looking for a flatmate from early June time. Our other house mate has been offered a job in China (lucky thing!) so is leaving us shortly.
The house is non-smoking, although 2 of us do smoke, so we use the back yard!
The house is clean and spacious and we are all pretty good at keeping the place tidy - we have a big lounge and separate dining room.
The room available is a double (approx 3 x 4 m) with a double bed, closet and drawers.
We all work pretty hard in the week so the house is nice and quiet. On the weekends we are sociable people and enjoy having friends round for dinner/ good food/ wine evenings (we are a lover of pot lucks!) - alternatively we have a good local pub just round the corner.
Our house is less than a minutes walk from Basford tram stop, and the tram takes about 10 mins to get the centre.
