Hi, this house would probably suit someone who wants somewhere homely. I own and live in the house, although it is 3 bedrooms in total I'm just looking to rent out one of the rooms. I work full time, so probably wouldn't suite someone who does alot of partying in the week. It may suit a working person or a postgraduate student. I have 2 cats, so that probably excludes anyone with an allergy! The house is in dunkirk right next to the university's south enterance and 5 minutes walk from Queens Medical Center. The room is large and the house has a nice garden. The rent does not include addition bills such as gas, electricity, water, telephone and broad band (these would come to a bit more if you work due to the dreaded council tax!).
