lookin for a flat mate, to have a giggle an also be some one to look after the house i work away some times,
I'm a man's man, love my football and sports, like a drink or two! who dosent,
the flat is fully furnished, the kitchen is fully equiped with all appliances and white goods, the living/dinning room is a good size, i have virgin media tv package with over 170 channels including all sports and mtv.
The flat has off road parking around the rear of the property an als a privrate shed,
I'm looking for some roughtly around my own age, who is up for a laugh and enjoys socialising maybe even a bit of occasional drinking, lol.
Im a 25 year old electrical engineer, i enjoy furthering my education as i entend to go go back to college in september.
The rent required is £300 per calander month all inclusive of bills and rent. For deposit i will require £300 which will be either returned after designated stay is reached or used as the last months rent!
I'm open to either monthly or weekly payments as to fit into peoples pay structures at work,I have just completly re-decorated the untire flat, an a new edition of a 32 lcd tv in the front room, i would say im a very tidy person who takes great pride in the appearence of my home
