Hi
I have 2 double rooms with built in wardrobes, drawers,work table
/chair,TV and still room for your own furniture! As the house is up for sale I am looking for short term of 1 week to monthly renewal
(in case of sale) Could suit contractors who work in Norwich a few days a week who want a homely atmosphere rather than hotel
which I am happy to negotiate terms.
The house is on a quiet suburb road close to the airport,hospital,UEA,research park,golf club and asda! It has a large parking area and is suitable for professional or student
(perhaps more mature or somebody who needs peace and quiet for studying)
As the house is up for sale clean and tidy is a must as is no smoking or pets in case of an instant viewing! Otherwise I am easy going friendly with a great sense of humour and respect a person's space if needed.
