It is modern and beautifully furnished. We have broadband internet across the whole house and sky TV all included in the rent which also includes all bills, gas, electric and council tax. There is a seperate WC downstairs, a shared bathroom and one bedroom has an en suite. The house is very well looked after and we would like a new tenant who is keen to maintain that high standard. The main shopping centre is about 10 mins drive and the station is also about 10 mins drive away but there is a bus route at end of the road. Supermarket is about 2 mins away. The lounge of the house has two double sofas and the whole place is of a very high standard. We are members of the National Landlords Association and the Residential Landlords association and therefore adhere to their code of conduct and place our deposits with the government Deposit Protection Scheme which give you added protection as a tenant.
