Hi I have a room for rent in a recently refurbished house with all new furniture (inc new double bed & new mattress), the house has 4 bedrooms, although will only have a maximum of 3 people sharing (unless a couple) there is a downstairs wc, family bathroom and shower and 1 bed room has an ensuite of toilet and bath (NO shower). The house is situated in a prestigious location of Thorpe St Andrew (city end, 1.5 miles from train station) the house boasts a very large living room and a large kitchen/dinner. The room available is a spacious double room, with built-in wardrobes and storage, double bed and large 3 drawer chest with a SKY freeveiw box on top. There is off road parking for around 7 cars + on street parking too. There is also outside storage for bikes etc....
