One room in 2 bed second-floor furnished flat to rent in the very popular St James Park. Large bathroom and good sized kitchen diner. Secure parking and secure entry/exit into flats. Flats have own gym and maintained communal gardens. Shops/Takeaways nearby. Can walk into town in 30 mins, 5 mins by car (about 1-2 miles) or 10 mins by Metrolink (the tram stop is 2 mins walk away). Good road access to M602 and M60.
I work at Manchester Airport on shifts for 12 hours a day - four on, four off and I work alternate days and nights too. I won't disturb you in the night though.
I don't take drugs and prefer someone who doesn't. I rarely drink but I'm not against anyone who does on a more regular basis.
I'm quite easygoing and have a live and let live outlook. Doesn't mean you can get away with murder though! As long as you treat me with respect and clean up after yourself, of course I'll treat you with respect! It's all about co-operation.
