2 bed house to rent, well decorated and welcoming, viewing highly recommended as is a nice place ! Rent excludes bills and council tax hence being given at lower rate. Has ALL mod cons, even a morrocan style spare box room for your guests. Buses 1 min @ the end of the road, 15 mins into Manchester & Stockport city centres (yes really), train station 5 mins walk away gets you into town in 10 mins, university 15 mins in a car, parking out front, nice neighbours, all the shops you'll ever need literally around the corner, and great food places/cafes on your doorstep, lively irish pubs with folk music - what more could you ask for, its all happening in Levenshulme !
