This Large double room available is a good size, it has a built-in warbroble two chest of draws, lamp & TV socket. In the house there is a big lounge, which has SKY TV with most channel included in the rent. There is wireless broadband throughout, which is also free, included in the rent. The other social area is the 30ft modern Dining room/kitchen with granite work top & every appliance you need. As well as a new kitchen all wooden flooring has just been fitted downstairs. There is a nice back Garden with BBQ and plenty of parking out front. The area is a great location, two minutes walk from Enfield Town train Station. A park, gym, pubs, town, Tesco & a cinema complex are all within 5 minutes walk of the house.
As for location – We are 5 mins walk to Enfield Town Station. Nearest tube is Oakwood, on the Picadilly line. You can get to the City in 30 mins or the West end in 45 mins.
