Beautiful light and stylish spacious one double bedroom available for two month (june & july), fully furnished with double bed, TV in the room and BT wireles internet, cupboard, desk etc. Modern fully furnished flat is include two double bedrooms, living room with wooden floor, bathroom and kitchen. There are wireless internet, big TV, sofas, glass diner and coffe tables in the living room and kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washing machin etc.
The price is £185 for single person and 195£ for a couple and its include all bills, incl water, gas, electrisity, internet and counsel tax.
The flat is situated in a desirable area, with all shopping, post offfice, banks, cafes and all what u need. Great transportation where the nearest tube is Kilburn park and West Hampsted, walking distance to Swiss Cottage, Maida Vale and direct buses going to Marble Arch (10min by bus), Oxford st, Victoria, Baker st etc.
I am a post graduate student of MBA who live in this flat with my female 25 years friend in other double bedroom. But i am going for holidays and want to rent out my double bedroom to someone friendly, clean and tidy.
