Double room in a 3 bed Victorian house with en suite bathroom.
The flat itself is on a quiet road just off of Brixton Hill, 4 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and 10 minute walk to Tube/Train station.
We have a big kitchen with full size fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker (Gas hob, electric oven).
The kitchen leads through to the lounge which has large windows, Virgin television (sky sports & V+ included).
We have a conservatory with heated flooring that leads to our garden. Garden has patio, grass, shed & the all important gas BBQ!
We have 2 front doors, a comunal front door and a private door to the side of the flat.
The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, sink & toilet.
The bedroom itself is fairly large and will be furnished with a double bed. There is a patio door leading from the bedroom to the garden.
There is a cellar also which we use for staorage purposes.
The flat is a 4-5 minute walk to local shops (open 24 hr), a pub (White horse...very nice!), a chinese take-away (also very nice!). It is situated approx 15 min walk from Tesco and a 25 minute walk from Sainsbury's in Clapham. Clapham is approx 30 minute walk away but there are plenty of busses that will get you there a lot quicker!
We have WiFi throughout & have recently noticed that the garden will be a complete sun trap in the summer!
