Hi, Im a 24 year old grad student currently in my 4th year studying medicine at liverpool uni. Im fun, easy going and love meeting new people. Im tidy but not too strict on the housework! Im looking for somebody like minded to join me in this lovely flat. Unfortunately my flatmate has had to relocate, leaving me to find a new flatmate!

The room available is a 1st floor new build apartment just off smithdown road, close to the brookhouse pub and local amenities. The flat is brand new and has video entry, secure car park and alarm. It has a spacious lounge / kitchen area which is furnished to a high standard and has washer dryer , diswahser, central heating, fridge freezer, hob + oven. Virgin tv, wireless internet and phone are in place. The room available is of a decent size and comes as unfurnished but my flatmate is willing to sell furniture at a discount price. The room also comes with large sized OWN bathroom with bath, shower toilet and sink as the other room in the property is en suite. Rent is £242.50 pcm exc bills and council tax. Bills is average £20-30 per month.
