I am 28 years old and currently single. My property is situated in the village of Hugglescote, which is approximately 4 miles from Junction 22 of the M1 and 4 miles to the A42, which leads onto the M42. I live on my own in a newly refurbished 2 bedroom Terrace House, with 2 bathrooms, a dining room, a lounge and a kitchen. The room for rent is a spacious double bedroom at the rear of the property, which is furnished with a bed, side table and wardrobe.
