Woooooo!!! You need not look any further people, this is the one you've been looking for.We are a couple from Leicester (Russell & Nina) looking to LET two rooms in our new build 3 storey house in Thorpe Astley Leicester. We are looking for clean and tidy conscious people who respect their surroundings, and are able to live in happy surroundings. The two rented rooms are both furnished and come complete with double bed and TV (1 set of bed linen). Both rooms are located on the middle floor of the house and sandwiched between them is the family bathroom (which will mainly be used by tenants). Full use of the houses amenities i.e. washer, dryer, living room etc etc are available. There is also plenty of space for parking. The larger room is up for a bargain price of £350 PM inclusive of bills with the other room going for a mouth watering £325 PM inclusive of bills. We have wireless internet.
