My names Caroline, I'm looking to find housemates who are working professionals 25 ish - 35 ish
Currently I live with two other females but am aiming to live in a household of 4.
Its a terrace house in the Leicester West area, about 10 minutes walk from the city centre. The house has a new kitchen and bathroom.
There is street parking available, as we are off a main road, its normally easy to park.
The rent includes;
Rent, Council Tax, Water Rates, Electricity, Gas, Sky, BT phoneline rental (not calls), Internet, TV Lisence, and the use of amenaties like Washer, Dryer etc.
There is also a nice garden which is great for bbqs.
The room is a double room on the ground floor overlooking the garden. Currently it has a wardrobe and a computer desk in it but these can be removed if not required
This is £285 p/m
We also have a cat, he's very friendly.
I would like to find a housemates who like socialise in the living room, gossip in the kitchen and generally live in the household rather than live in their room. I would like to live with people who are going to pull their weight with household chores.
