Hello there, I was young pro but now it seems I'm an old pro!! I'm into running, walking - usually with the dogs....I have two well behaved dalmatians,theatre, concerts,going to the pub and weather permitting the odd BBQ or two.
I'm looking for hopefully a fairly sociable lodger who isn't going to vanish to their room when they come in until the next morning every night. Gender/Orientation isn't an issue. But I do ask that you are reasonably neat and tidy.
The house is a two bedroomed semi set at the bottom of a quite cul-de-sac. You'll have a king size bed, telephone,outside aerial and wireless broadband. Downstairs there is a V+ box. And there is a large enlosed garden at the back if you want to catch some sun and also a small but well used BBQ.
Its a two min walk to the local shop which sells practically everything and nearby there is Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys and also the metropolis that is Crossgates.
Its a two min walk to catch the bus which runs pretty regularly and also a rail station which takes about 20 mins to walk to, but the bus also stops practically outside it.
