Smallish / Medium sized Bright Single Bedroom. Furnished. Flatmate wanted - must be honest and considerate - male or female. I am extremely easy going and down to earth. I am interested in dance music / clubbing and also buddism. The rent includes council tax / water rates and also gas and electricity. There is a Broadband Wireless Internet connection. There is no security bond required as long as you are prepared to pay two months rent in advance. There is no minimum stay required as long as you can give one months notice. The house is in a very safe and quite area and only about 15/20 mins walk to City Centre. Also close to shops and very busy bus route.
