2 rooms available in large East Hull terraced House, close to Garden Village. Very close to the shops and various amenities of Holderness Road. All this and you'll be within walking distance of the city centre, or a 15 minute bike ride from the university!!!
Jalland Street is a quiet cul-de-sac, and things in the house are pretty easy going. The garden is nice and sunny (when the sun's out) - there's even been the odd bar-b-que in the past.
Smaller room (3.76m/12'4" x 3.53m/11'7") is £260pcm, and larger room (5.33m/17'6" max x 3.73m/12'3") £300pcm. This includes Council Tax, water, wireless broadband, Sky and TV Licence. Gas & Electric on shared basis (no more than 1/3 of bill).
Will consider couple for the larger room, although rent may differ from advertised, but will be negotiable.
