This is a double bedroom in a house share which has recently been carpeted, decorated and furnished with new furniture including double divan bed. Would suit professional or mature student. Cable TV and internet available. There is a shared large bath/shower room, lounge, dining room and kitchen.There is also a large well established garden with pond, patio and yard area which is great for BBQs and parties. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac village location close to village shops and train station with links to London and the medway towns. Parking is available but limited. TESCO and gym is only 5 min drive away. There is also a country park with several lakes nearby complete with water sports, including SCUBA and wind surfing, 3 min drive. The village is set at the foot of the Downs with access to M2 and M20 motorways 10 min in either direction. There is 1 cat who has the run of the place. The landlord works shift as an engineering supervisor in London so is not around all the time at which point the house is yours. NO DSS. References. Storage available if needed.
