I have a lovely 3 bed 1 reception room house that i am willing to rent 2 rooms the 1st room is on the the ground floor the 2nd room is on the 1st floor this room has it own on-suite bathroom and is the better room this room is large enough for a couple the rooms shown in the pictures
the house is located in a very quite street with lots of local facilites.
both rooms have a large double bed wtih 2 wardrobes portable tv with free view also wood effect flooring or could be unfurnished
both rooms would be good for one person but large enough for for 2 people
The property has wooden flooring through the lower ground floor the house is clean and very very tidy (so would prefer like minded people.
The rent includes all bills free sky/ free view tv and telephone use and free wi-fi access there is also parking
There is a downstairs shower room/ toilet which would be shared
The other bedroom is rented out already to a very nice young lady .
there is a fully fitted modern kitchen on the ground floor also a large private garden to back with large decking to area
The house is walking distance to one of the main train stations Gravesend Central into london going into charing cross and london bridge and victoria and with the new high speed rail link station in kent just open called Ebbsfleet which is only 15 mins from the house you are very well located fot travel also easy access to the A2 A12 near by
You will really well placed for lots of local transport and with the town center 10 mins walk away there will be lots of shopping and places to eat with the benfit that Bluewater is only 20 mins away on the local bus
