I'm a 27 year old professional male seeking a flat-mate to share the cost of living. I enjoy my music and sport and have a fairly busy social life.
The room is in a luxury flat on the top floor of a modern building and is furnished, the room is a single room and you would have use of your own bathroom. The flat is furnished to a very high standard and is located in Lindley just off the high street where there a few restaurants and a good local pub and is only minutes away from the town centre, hospital and the motorway.
I'm looking for a young single professional to share with. Must be tidy and considerate of each others privacy and own space. Not looking to share with an absolute party animal or somebody who isn't prepared to be sociable.
The rent will be £300 per month plus your share of the bills, I will also ask for a £300 deposit.
