I'm a middle-aged man , now living on my own following the breakdown of my long established marriage. Unfortunately financial implications mean that i cannot afford to live here on my own , and as you will see if you decide to visit , this is a beautiful house which i don't want to leave. I'm a self employed man , some days I may be home ,others i may be out for long hours. I'm a very laid back person , I get on well with most people , and I love humour in my life . I have 2 double bedrooms to rent out , the house is a couple of minutes from the M62 , handy for both Huddersfield and Halifax . It's in a lovely quiet area , with really nice neighbours . The only down side for some people is that I have 2 dogs , so you would need to be a dog lover ! Anything you would like to know , feel free to contact me !
