Hi,
I have a double room available in a very nicely furnished flat in a mill conversion in Elland - for some reason the map is showing it as Huddersfield but it's on Dewsbury Rd in Elland. You would be sharing with a considerate, fairly quiet male, 30 years old, and furnishing includes a flat screen TV and usual home comforts. The rent is £325 per month which includes council tax, the only thing extra is electricity and any arrangement you make for
broadband or landline phone etc which can be shared with the current flatmate.
I don't live in the area but have an agent who will happily show you round if I pass on your details to her, and if you'd like to take it she would sort out references, credit check etc.
