Although this is a small room in a two bed house, the house is quite new in a nice neighbourhood within 13 mins walk of Littlehaven Train Station (with mainline trains to/from London)
The house is clean and tidy (with weekly cleaner) and very comfortable!
As a young busy professional myself am looking for the same, socialable and independent etc etc.
No pets.
All utilities are included (sky, wireless high speed internet, water, heating etc.) usually go halves on food and household stuff etc.
Room not likely to be available until 1st August 2008,
