I have a mid terrace property in a lovely village with all local amenities, co-op, post office, takeaways and 3 very good local pubs 2 of which serve excellent pub grub. It is close to all major rd networks. It is approx 10 mins from Hinckley, 15 mins from Leicester and there are bus routes to both. The house consists of a lounge & a lounge/kitchen/dinner, so separate lounges available (saves fighting over the tv remote!) The room can fit a double or 3/4 bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk and looks out onto the rear garden & can be furnished or unfurnished. The garden is a good size and has both a patio and decking area.
I am an easy going professional who is looking for a fun loving professional to share the property with, who enjoys life but also doesn't mind chipping in with the boring house work and knows responsibility, friends & guests around are no problem. The rent includes all bills as they stand now (except food) and includes broadband internet. I share the house with 2 9 month old cats so an animal lover would be an advantage.
