We manage brand new houses for professionals in Salisbury Village, Hatfield and a large and very private top floor double room priced at £125 per week will be available from the 30 June. Salisbury Village is less than a 10 minutes commute by car from Welwyn Garden City, is 15 minutes from Harpenden and 10 minutes from St Albans and is on the fast WAGN train link into London Kings Cross. The house is of the highest standard being of a detached contemporary town house design with luxury kitchen and the bedrooms are all fitted with pocket sprung mattresses and contemporary neutral furnishings throughout. The room shares a bathroom with just two other housemates plus there is a cloakroom for further use also. The house is set up in just the same way as per under my profile, all bills are included plus a weekly cleaner and gardener. Parking is available close to the house and wireless broadband is available free of charge as is a national telephone call package. This house is special due to the quality of the accommodation. The housemates are extremely CLEAN and TIDY and are all very nice. It really is a perfect house and a marvellous opportunity!
