I have a spare room in my flat. At the moment the room is furnished but if you didn't want it to be, most of it can go elsewhere! It's not the world's biggest room but will comfortably fit a small double bed or snuggly a double!
There is a good sea view from the sitting room and you can also see the sea from what would be your room.
I'm only a 5 minute walk from the sea and train station. There is usually plenty of parking in the street and quite often right outside the flat!
I have 2 indoor cats but they usually keep themselves to themselves.
I'm looking for a friendly non-smoking flatmate who's easy going
