2 rooms available, very large space, shared living and dining room, full, part or unfurnished, your choice, very quick wireless or cabled broadband included, ***ALL BILLS INCLUDING GAS, COUNCIL TAX, TV LICENSE ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE*** TV with freeview box. House has recently been redecorated to a high standard. POWER SHOWER - very powerful and wakes you up. Double glazing and central heating. £1 month rent deposit plus the remainder of 1 month rent up front (rent date is 1st of every month) . I do not live there but will occasionally be visiting the property to deal with any issues and sort out your complaints, if any. No DSS but consider tidy student. 1 month notice upon leaving the property. Any questions call me but I'm a very accomodating landlord (no pun intended) and very easy going. I wish I wasn't me just so I could have me as my landlord. Smoking is not encouraged but allowed in your room only. Couple is fine but extra £30 to cover additional heating etc. References are requested, but this can be negotiated. Two rooms, one very large (£290) and one double (£240).
